I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Iowa, advised by Prof. Rishab Nithyanand in the SPARTA Lab. I am also a Student Researcher at the Center for Publics, Platforms & Personalization (CP3).

I study how language shifts and what those shifts reveal about the world. My research sits at the intersection of computational social science and natural language processing, where I use data as a digital record of how people think, communicate, and collectively make sense of reality.

I'm currently interested in exploring temporal semantic shift i.e. how the meaning of words drifts over time and across communities and the semantic architecture of conspiracy theories, which I treat not as noise but as structured belief systems worth understanding on their own terms.

Before academia, I worked as a Network Software Engineer at Cisco Systems in Bangalore, where I built network‑assurance tools for service‑provider networks, focusing on reliability and monitoring workflows.

I grew up in New Delhi, India.
